WGU Partners with Mindedge's Courses to Provide Free Business Training Courses to WGU Alumni

Western Governors University has partnered with MindEdge's One Hour Courses to provide free business training courses to WGU alumni. Courses include management, leadership, and communication training, as well as interviewing skills and winning cover letters and résumés.

According to an industry study on corporate training, many corporations experience a shortage of skilled managers and leaders to fill positions vacated by baby-boomers. One Hour Courses helps workforce veterans develop these business skills to work more effectively, both individually and with others. These training courses also help new workforce entrants gain the attention of hiring and recruiting managers, and help them navigate the interview process.
